Shelters

This is a collection of pictures of various types of shelters used by different transit districts.

The number of pictures has made this page to slow in loading if all the pictures are on the same page.  Here is a list of links to the sub-pages with the pictures of various shelters.

  • Custom Built Shelters (Transit Centers, etc.)  These can be made out of almost anything.
  • Standard Shelters (Made by various companies and used by multiple districts)  These are most often made out of aluminum and lexan, or other similar materials.
  • VTA - What can I say, we have a lot of pictures of shelters from VTA.
  • Climate - Shelters by general climate areas.

On this page we will also put pictures of some of our favorites, or just plain wierdies.
